How it works

  1. Send a screenshot on WhatsApp
Share a screenshot of the failed payment, cancelled booking or order. That's usually all we need to start.
  2. We draft and file the complaint emails
We draft the complaint to the bank, airline or platform, citing the rule that applies, and file it for you once you authorise it in chat. You see every message sent on your behalf.
  3. You pay only if your money comes back
Nothing upfront. If money is recovered, the fee is 15% of whatever is recovered (the refund plus any compensation), capped at ₹5,000 per case. If you cancel, there's no fee. See fees.

We never ask for OTP, PIN or passwords. No UPI PIN, card CVV, bank login or remote-access apps, ever. Nothing upfront.

Subject: ₹2,400 UPI reversal pending (UTR 000000000000)

Dear Grievance Redressal Officer,

We're writing for Asha Verma about the failed payment below. The ₹2,400 left our client's account but didn't reach the beneficiary, and it still hasn't been reversed. This is our client's first written complaint to the bank.

Case facts
Account holder: Asha Verma, account XXXX0000
Payment: ₹2,400 on 3 Oct 2026 to R. Kumar, UTR 000000000000
Status: debited, never credited, not reversed

RBI's circular RBI/2019-20/67 requires a failed UPI transfer to be credited to the beneficiary or returned by T+1, that is by 4 Oct 2026. For each day after that, ₹100 is payable by the beneficiary bank. As the remitter bank, please escalate this through NPCI and confirm the status.

Request: Please get ₹2,400 returned to our client's account, with any compensation due, by 25 Oct 2026, and reply with the RRN and the NPCI status.

If this isn't done by then, we will write to your Nodal Officer and the RBI Ombudsman.
