Haqdaar terms of service
1. Who we are
Haqdaar is a brand run by Srinal Earakula, Hyderabad, India. It is not a company, not a law firm, and has no advocates, and it does not give legal advice. Haqdaar is not affiliated with or endorsed by the RBI, NPCI, DGCA, any ministry, or any bank, airline or e-commerce platform. Postal address: 11-2-424, Hyderabad, Telangana 500061.
Contact: hello@haqdaar.co.in · Grievances: grievance@haqdaar.co.in · WhatsApp: +91 91770 26677
2. What Haqdaar does
Haqdaar is an AI agent on WhatsApp. It helps you understand which rule applies to your stuck refund (failed digital payments, airline refunds, e-commerce refunds), and, only after you give written authorisation in the chat, it files a complaint on your behalf and follows it up, including escalation where the rules allow. You can see what is sent in your name.
3. You can do this yourself for free
Filing a complaint with a company, bank, airline, the RBI Ombudsman, AirSewa or the National Consumer Helpline is free, and you can do it yourself. Using Haqdaar is optional.
4. No guarantees
We can't control what a bank, airline, platform or regulator decides, or how long they take. We don't guarantee any refund, compensation, amount or timeline. Information we give about rules is general, and rules can change.
5. Fee
- Nothing upfront.
- If money is recovered, the fee is 15% of whatever is recovered, meaning the refund plus any compensation.
- Capped at ₹5,000 per case.
- No fee if 15% would be under ₹20.
- No fee if the refund is won at the RBI Ombudsman stage.
- The fee is all-inclusive, with nothing added on top.
- The fee is due only after you confirm the money has reached you, and is paid by UPI within 7 days of that confirmation. We'll send you the amount and how we worked it out, and reminders on WhatsApp. There is no interest or penalty for late payment, but if a fee stays unpaid we may decline new cases from you.
- Examples: ₹2,000 recovered → ₹300. ₹50,000 recovered → ₹5,000 (cap). ₹100 recovered → no fee.
- If you cancel: no fee is due, whenever you cancel.
- First case free for eligible ad offers: If you reach Haqdaar through one of our ads that offers “first case free” and start your WhatsApp chat from that ad, we charge no fee on your first case. The offer applies only to your first case with Haqdaar, only when you arrive through a qualifying ad offer, and only once per person, phone number and payment reference (UTR, PNR or order ID). Any later case pays the normal fee. The offer has no cash value and can't be exchanged, transferred or paid out.
5a. First case free for eligible ad offers
If you reach Haqdaar through one of our ads that offers “first case free” and start your WhatsApp chat from that ad, we charge no fee on your first case. The offer applies only to your first case with Haqdaar, only when you arrive through a qualifying ad offer, and only once per person, phone number and payment reference (UTR, PNR or order ID). 6. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate, complete information, and only about transactions that are yours (or that you're authorised to act on).
- Tell us promptly when money arrives, even partially.
- Don't send your UPI PIN, OTP, CVV or passwords. We'll never ask for them.
- Don't use Haqdaar for false or abusive complaints.
7. Authorisation and cancellation
You authorise each filing with a written YES in the chat. You can withdraw your authorisation and cancel at any time before money is recovered by telling us in the chat or emailing hello@haqdaar.co.in. No fee is due if you cancel. We'll stop following up. Complaints already filed stay with the company or regulator, and you can continue them yourself.
We may decline or stop a case (for example, if it's outside what we cover, the information looks false, or it has become abusive), and we'll tell you why.
8. Limits on our responsibility
We'll take reasonable care. But in plain words:
- We're not responsible for decisions or delays by banks, airlines, platforms, regulators or WhatsApp, or for losses caused by wrong information you gave us.
- If we're ever responsible for a loss, our liability is limited to the fee you paid us for that case, except where the law doesn't allow this limit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can't be excluded.
9. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in our privacy notice: https://haqdaar.co.in/privacy. To erase your data, reply with exactly: delete my data (as the whole message; "erase my data" or "forget me" also work), or email grievance@haqdaar.co.in.
10. Complaints about us

11. Changes

12. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
