Frequently asked questions
Is this checker free?
Yes. No login, nothing stored.
Do I need Haqdaar to file?
No. Filing yourself is free, and the steps above are all you need.
What does "T" mean?
The day of the transaction (calendar date, weekends included).
Who pays the ₹100/day?
The bank, under RBI's rules for failed transactions. It applies to failed UPI, ATM and card transactions, not flights or shopping.
I sent UPI to the wrong person by mistake.
That isn't a "failed transaction", so these deadlines don't apply. Contact your bank.
The payment worked but the seller didn't deliver.
That's a shopping or consumer complaint, not a failed transaction. Use the online shopping steps.
What does Haqdaar charge?
We explain our terms on WhatsApp before you share any case details, and there's no obligation. Filing yourself is always free.
Will you ask for my OTP?
Never. Not for anything.
